I was told when I started as a DPhil student in Theology, specialising in Science and Religion, that the university experience should be that of a garden, not a machine. It has brought me a lot of joy to discover that this statement is true of our graduate programme and of Ian Ramsey Centre for Science and Religion. I am inspired by many members of our Faculty and fellow graduate students who pursue intellectually rigorous research with a stance of wonder.
